Spacious room with a kitchenette ideal for preparing meals. Nice to find a supermarket close by for groceries. The balcony offered a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety, especially fresh pastries and local cheeses. Friendly staff. Encountered some confusion with the air conditioning setup, which impacted comfort. Had an issue with laundry timing. Ended up waiting a while for the dryer due to other guests extending their time.

The room we had included an electric kettle, a microwave, and a personal safe. Everywhere there was perfectly clean. The property's location was great and unbeatable, in the mountains

The room was not only spacious but also beautifully designed, with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast included an excellent selection of local cheeses and fresh, warm pastries that delighted me.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with super-friendly staff members. Well furnished and big rooms with Matterhorn view and the outdoor patio, as for instance, and great service. The pool area is great too. Everything good.

Hotel was just what we needed.

Units with matterhorn view. Having a shower, a hairdryer and robes was a bonus.

The wellness pool and sauna facilities were relaxing after a long day exploring. Plus, the breakfast offered an excellent selection, especially the local cheeses and freshly baked pastries.

The early cleaning schedules for rooms might be a bit disruptive for those wanting to sleep in.

the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety and caters to many cultures. the pillows and duvet were synthetic, but down bedding is available on request.

Stylish room, good breakfast, with a generous spread of local cheeses and warm pastries, and a convenient location, just a short distance from the train station, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Great time with friends! The apartment had a lovely view and was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the wellness facilities and breakfast was a highlight. Don't miss out on the Sunnegga Funicular and Ski Resort. Both are must-visit spots for outdoor activities. Remember to bring your dishwashing detergent!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our group enjoyed a spacious Studio South for two nights. While the lack of dishwashing detergent initially surprised us, the staff resolved it promptly. A tip , pack your own detergent for a smoother experience! A cozy spot with great potential.

The hotel is just a minute from the train station, and we enjoyed a fantastic day at the Sunnegga Ski Resort.

In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly activities would be nice.
